      I enjoyed the hotel, it's luxury and the location is wonderful in center. The superior collection king room was new-fashioned with openable window, the bed was large. The breakfast was plentiful for every taste; the staff were gentle!

      The location was incredible, you can visit Royal Monnaie Theatre by walking. The staff was attentive and efficient, offered us wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The hotel rooms were spotless and fashionable with shower, the airco plus coffee had been through in sofa plus carpet.

      - Our room was a business class room with a view of the entrance hall only and without an exterior window, i.e. without fresh air, only air conditioning. - On Saturday noon it was not possible to have lunch in the hotel because the staff was hopelessly overwhelmed by the rush due to an event organized in the hotel
